THYBORØN CHURCH, THYBORØN, DENMARK
A modern, minimalist parish church made of white concrete, stainless steel, and copper is ready to withstand the wind and salt in Thyborøn.
The architectural firm Vilsbøll & Poulsen Arkitekter from Lemvig designed and oversaw the construction of the new parish church.
To illuminate the chancel area and flank the altarpiece, Vilsbøll & Poulsen, in collaboration with Okholm Lighting, specially designed two chandeliers made of brass. The chandeliers consist of a central stem and arms in three different lengths.
Okholm Lighting also supplied and installed remote-controlled hoists for the chandeliers.
